This young athlete boasts substantial online presence

The young golfer can count on plenty of prominent backers when she makes her first LPGA appearance this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, obtained a tournament invitation to compete at the Annika tournament in the Sunshine State.

The former president, an avid golfer, possesses numerous international courses and frequently matches against his granddaughter.

"He's quite skilled. I shouldn't elaborate but we play competitive games," she stated.

Kai explained that her grandfather, unable to come, advised her: "Simply stay calm."

"My grandpa basically suggested to go out there and enjoy myself," she explained.

"From my perspective, he's simply a regular grandfather. He's not attending for the tournament. He's occupied with presidential duties, making him quite busy."

Being non-professional, Kai has competed in only three events this year and holds position 461 in AJGA rankings.

However she's able to receive tips from golf legend, in a relationship with her mother.

"He represents the greatest golfer in the world," Kai stated.

"Furthermore, he's an even better person. He suggested me to compete, have fun, and go with the flow."

She'll challenge some of top competitors in professional golf at this tournament, featuring world number two Nelly Korda, England's Charley Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers stated that her participation brings golf to wider groups, especially among younger fans.

The social media influencer boasts millions of followers and has started her own clothing and lifestyle company.

Her first tee time at late afternoon GMT.
