It's a challenge for the Australian squad to set fresh records.

The greatest achievements have already been conquered.

We're talking about the unit that has won seven Cricket World Cups, in addition to an additional six T20 titles, and previously enjoyed nearly four years without defeat in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, targeted by the record chasers, are all that remain for a squad that has achieved everything.

The fact it required up to Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to complete their first ODI chase above 300, reclaiming their record for the highest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, frankly, a testament to the bowlers that have represented Australia over five decades.

It is hard for their batsmen to possess a record if not afforded the possibility.

Some will argue the argument supporting final game tension. Different voices suggest with the difficulty that comes when pursuing an unprecedented total and a raucous India-supporting crowd of 20,000.

What's definite is this hundred was far harder to predict.

"For those following me in training, it's been a frustrating experience because I feel like I lacked timing completely," commented Healy.

She was challenged by India's rising star Kranti Gaud in last month's ODI series, fallen to the emerging pace bowler in all three matches, but here that only provided Healy's spark.

One run resulted off the opening delivery and from there Healy was in motion.

"A chance to go out there and engage in competition with her and simply enjoy myself in that aspect, sort of got me going," commented Healy.

She got to fifty in 35 deliveries - her swiftest at the World Cup - and her hundred in 84 as she flogged anything short, striking 21 boundaries and three sixes.

By the time she was dismissed her side needed 66 additional runs at a run-a-ball - an unconquered height now needing a comfortable finish.

"To chase 330 is new territory so I'm happy we have the confidence to accomplish that now," added Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to repeat it but, if necessary, we believe we can do it."

These statements will be the ultimate thing rival teams at this championship should hear.

Over the past five days a belief they will succeed regardless of circumstances has only strengthened - this triumph succeeding success over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite struggling at 76-7 at a certain moment.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a match against old rivals England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a semi-final place may likely be confirmed.
